Top Looks From New York Fashion Week

Fashion Week is winding down, but the last days are also some of the most exciting—they’re the time when we get to see what many of the larger labels have been working on, from stalwarts like Michael Kors to celebrity designers like Rachel Zoe.
So what were the top looks to love from the last 24 hours? Today’s batch was an eclectic bunch, but they all presented us with long, lean silhouettes, and we learned a couple of things, too!...

1) Maxi dresses very clearly aren’t going anywhere. The amazing jet-hued cutout gown at Michael Kors was one of the week’s most striking pieces, and Rachel Zoe also sent out a lovely, albeit far more casual, maxi shirtdress. And 2), vivid hothouse floral motifs are also making some serious inroads with today’s top pieces. Both Nanette Lepore and J. Mendel traded in last season’s ladylike flowers for bigger, bolder accents that were anything but prim and fussy.
