In fact, she pretty much only wears wacky things. But nothing can top her two most recent MTV VMA looks — last year she dressed up as male alter ego Jo Calderone and the year before she wore a dress (and shoes and a hat) made out of raw meat.
Pop superstar Katy Perry certainly knows how to wear a wacky red carpet dress. Her kookiest looks? A half-naked woman/violin dess, a light-up ball gown, and a Smurf bedazzled mini-dress.
